Troubleshooting Guide
Problem: No power to machine
- Check that power switch is on.
- Make sure breaker is turned on.
Problem: Dishes gritty
- Clean pump intake screen. (low temp machines)
Problem: Dishes spotty/aren't drying.
- Check water softener for salt.
- Make sure tubes are in right bucket.
Problem: Water constanting draining
- Make sure drain is clean of debris.
- Make sure drain is working properly.
Problem: Sanitizer testing high/low
- Test solution at room temperature.
(Test strips are temperature sensitive).
- Be sure to use correct test product.
Problem: Machine filled with suds
- Check water temp. Cold water causes rinse aid to foam.
Problem: Temp too low on machine
- Check booster heater. (hi temp only)
- Check water heater. (low temp only)
